Trash to treasure -buddha

Hi everyone
It's been a while I wrote a blog here , i got little heldup the with some work dint get chance to write .
Focusing on Project...I have done this "trash to treasure " project using a wooden scrap piece that laying around.choose to make it for  our living room with theme Buddha .
#started off by sanding wooden scrap and removing all nails and fittings
#added alight layer of  brown acrylic colour with dry brushing,then added light blue and turquoise blue randomly.
#once it completely dry I have choose chalk paints light rose,butternut squash colours add dry rushed on scrap untill I am happy with final result.
#once it completely dry painted lotus using chalk paints.
# meanwhile  took a chipboard piece and decoupage it with Buddha  and added some prima antique brilliance white gold on sides and put it aside
#once everything is dry  add texture paste using stencil and when dry added chalk paints and antique brilliance Waxs.
#for layering draw so lotus flower on White cardstock and colour them .
#finally assemble Buddha and flowers together and added some butterflies.
